Join our dynamic team at Siemens in Richland, MS, as a Document Controller in the Customer Order Engineering Department! You will play a vital role in administrating and maintaining essential documentation, ensuring that everything is organized and accessible. You will assist with both customer and production documentation, coordinating the maintenance and repair of printers to keep operations running smoothly. Reporting to the Product Engineering Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact without direct reports, focusing on the accuracy and efficiency of our documentation processes.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Ensure correct versioning and revisioning of documents using suitable methods.
• Assign and manage documents according to various engineering requirements.
• Manage and distribute product documents effectively.
• Prepare documents for customer approval and print workbooks for customer products.
• Check documents for formal aspects to ensure compliance and quality.
• High School diploma is required.
• You have the ability to use various software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and AutoCAD.
• You possess knowledge of general manufacturing, product document layout, and plotting/printing services.
• Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with both internal partners and external customers.
• You demonstrate strong oral and written skills and are very detail oriented.
• You thrive in a team environment while also being able to work independently.
• Relevant Associate’s Degree. Preferred
• Ability to use and troubleshoot various printing equipment.
• Familiarity with Document Management Tools (Fiery Command Workstation, Microsoft Office).
• Exposure to AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software.
