Key Responsibilities:

Systems Administration (Primary – 85%)

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server 2022/2025 and Linux systems.

  • Perform system patching, updates, OS hardening, and vulnerability remediation.

  • Manage Active Directory, group policies, identity access, and user provisioning.

  • Maintain and optimize a Hybrid environment, including VM lifecycle management, resource allocations, performance tuning, monitoring and resource configurations.

  • Use PowerShell and automation tools to streamline routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Network Administration (Secondary – 15%)

  • Provide support for networking appliances, including routing, VLANs, wireless networks, and VPN solutions, rule updates, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

  • Maintain network documentation and participate in performance monitoring.

  • Support network security and connectivity troubleshooting.

Security & Compliance

  • Support cybersecurity initiatives including patching, endpoint security, Privilege Identity Management, and access controls.

  • Follow organizational policies and regulatory/security frameworks to ensure compliance.

  • Assist in vulnerability remediation and incident response tasks.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with IT leadership, engineering teams, developers, and end users.

  • Communicate technical topics clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

  • Participate in change management, lifecycle management, and modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Systems and Network Administration roles.

  • Hands‑on experience with Windows Server and Linux operating systems.

  • Familiarity with public cloud providers, Hyper‑V/VMWare, and monitoring tools.

  • Understanding of firewall and network fundamentals.

  • Working knowledge of PowerShell and other automation tools.

  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and organizational skills.

Experience:

  • Experience Level: Early to Mid-Level (0–5 years).
