The Role

The Project Manager for Employee Relations and HR Chief of Staff activities will be a key player in driving the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives within the organization. Reporting directly to the HR Chief of Staff, the successful candidate will oversee a variety of large-scale projects aimed at enhancing employee relations, improving HR processes, and supporting leadership development. Furthermore, this individual will be responsible for tracking and presenting on short-term objectives that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic HR Projects: Lead the development and execution of major HR projects.

• HR Initiatives Support: Assist the Chief of Staff in collaborating with stakeholders to deliver the necessary materials and support for the Leadership Development Council, VP Staff Meeting, and other meetings as required.

• Performance Management Process: Manage the Performance Management Process, overseeing its implementation and providing guidance to HR Business Partners to ensure alignment with company standards and objectives.

• Improve the Employee Relations Experience: Track and improve Employee Relations scores on the HR&A Customer Service Survey, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing strategies to address feedback effectively.

• Management Interview Panel Support: Support the HR Business Partners on an as-needed basis by conducting management interview panels in accordance with policies and procedures.

• Ad Hoc Projects: Undertake other projects and initiatives as required by the HR Chief of Staff, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field.

Nice to Have

  • Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and software.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and openness to feedback.
