The Program Intern works closely with the program management teams, helping drive programs from concept to completion while developing practical project management and operational skills.
Job Duties:
- Assists the program management team with the day-to-day coordination, planning, and execution of program activities
- Conducts research, compiles data, and assists in preparing reports and presentations to evaluate program effectiveness
- Maintains organized project documentation, updates databases, and supports scheduling and correspondence
- Participates in team meetings, takes detailed notes, and assists with preparing materials and logistics for internal and external events
- Takes ownership of assigned business-focused projects under the guidance of senior staff, contributing ideas and solutions
- Others duties as required

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education:
- Currently pursuing, or have recently acquired, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or Communications, required
Experience:
- Leadership experience, preferred
Certifications/Licensure:
- N/A
Software:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), preferred
- Experience with tools such as Asana, Slack, Salesforce, or Google Workspace, preferred

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
