English/Spanish Bilingual Sales & Customer Support Specialist
Job Description
This IN-PERSON position will report to the company’s Manager of International Sales & Customer Service. The position is located in Jackson, Mississippi, at 205 W. Rankin Street and does not require travel. Normal working hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Competitive salary with excellent benefits with a long-time stable company.
WATER NOTICE: With the City of Jackson's failure to address clean water and functioning water systems for its residents and businesses, Forestry Suppliers provides bottled water on-site for employees and coffee made from bottled water. Toilets are functional at this time. We also provide a gated parking area for the security of our employees.
The International Sales and Customer Service Specialist will handle a variety of responsibilities for the company’s international sales and customer service department, including:
- Responding to sales and customer service calls and emails in Spanish and English
- Entering orders
- Processing bid and proforma requests
Desired Skills and Expertise
- MUST speak both English and Spanish fluently
- Basic office and clerical skills, including experience with Microsoft Office software
- High school diploma
