We are seeking a talented Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development and administration, with a proven track record of leading Salesforce projects from conception to completion. The Senior Salesforce Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement customized solutions that align with business objectives and maximize the effectiveness of Salesforce platforms.

Salesforce Developer Qualifications:

• Minimum of experience as a developer with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Proven experience leading Salesforce projects and managing development teams.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, etc.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

Salesforce Developer Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce development team members.
• Architect scalable and maintainable solutions that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other technologies.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and applications.
• Optimize Salesforce performance and ensure data integrity.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and industry best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
