Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Professional, Client Delivery & Technical Operations member to join our team. This is a unique hybrid role that combines client relationship management skills on complex custom platforms with deep technical and DevOps expertise.

The ideal candidate will be a technical leader who ensures the successful delivery of our SaaS products while also being the primary point of contact for client facing teams, acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between client expectations and our technical implementation, ensuring our solutions are delivered smoothly, on time, and with the highest level of customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Client Implementations: Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, managing work and priorities throughout the onboarding and implementation lifecycle. This includes conducting formal discovery, technical, and onboarding calls.

  • Technical Environment Management: working across the creation, configuration, and maintenance of client infrastructure in their staging and production environments, customized to their specific requirements.

  • Project Management & Coordination: Oversee the implementation of SaaS solutions, coordinating with internal engineering, client success and product teams to meet project timelines and deliverables. You will maintain projects in a project management tool like ClickUp, track progress, and provide regular reports to clients and senior management.

  • Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the delivery process, including those related to infrastructure, services, or configurations. You will participate in troubleshooting and solving both customer and internally reported issues.

  • DevOps & Deployment: Share deployment duties to upgrade the latest code for client's Staging and Production environments and various microservices. You will participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation with the engineering team.

  • API & Integrations Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for various third-party integrations used with our platform. You will work with clients to understand and implement APIs, workflows, and configurations.

  • Enhance & Improve: Gather client feedback and work with the product development team to drive continuous improvement of our SaaS offerings and our implementation processes. You will also assist in defining and updating implementation, operations, and quality guidelines.

Job Qualifications:

What You'll Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is strongly preferred, or equivalent work experience. Masters degree in CIS or IT is a plus.

  • A minimum of 8 years of combined experience in client delivery, project management, and DevOps/Operations within a SaaS company.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and communication.

  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS Services (e.g., VPC, EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS) and DevOps tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform).

  • Scripting experience with Python, Ruby, or Bash.

  • Experience with CI/CD tools and strategies.

  • Proficiency with project management tools; experience with ClickUp is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of APIs, REST APIs, and API testing tools like POSTMAN.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills. You are seen as a trusted advisor to clients.

  • A problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

  • Experience with Agile projects is required.

  • Real Estate, Mortgage, or Lending industry experience is a strong plus.
