Job Description:
The Principal, Client Delivery is a leadership position focused on ensuring successful solutions and client satisfaction. Join us in this key role in which you will have strategic oversight, will use your strong technical skills and relationship management to drive operational excellence within a specific project portfolio. To be successful in this role, you will be required to have a great deal of technical expertise to do system analysis and have dedicated focus on ensuring successful project or service delivery and client satisfaction through your leadership and guidance.
Job Responsibilities
Lead solutioning discussions for client implementation projects and maintenance efforts of our complex and integrated software systems across the real estate industry including Matix, One Home, Realist and Trestle.
Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to build, implement, and evaluate successful software solutions.
Build and maintain effective client relationships (both internal and external) by consistently demonstrating and delivering exceptional subject matter expertise, innovative technical solutions, and high-quality implementations and support.
Develop, implement, and enhance internal team processes, standards, and templates to accelerate and standardize the development and configurations of complex client platforms. Train and assist more junior team members to grow their skills and abilities.
Manage end-to-end client implementation and upgrade projects from start to finish, including evaluating the quality and timeliness of deliverables produced by contingent workers.
Partner with internal stakeholders in sales and business development to design external vendor relationships to streamline process for our clients, enhance quality, and drive new revenue.
Build, test and deploy custom client solutions across multiple products and technologies with quality.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or computer information systems preferred or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 8 years' experience in client delivery and implementations with custom software and configurations within a SaaS environment.
Stong technical skills including proficiency in SQL and ability to work with engineers reviewing issues and logsPrior experience working in cloud-based SaaS solutions, AWS and GCP preferred
Prior experience implementing and managing a client-facing CRM and issue management systems; experience with Salesforce and/or Zendesk highly desired.
Prior experience managing vendor relationships, including working with contingent workers to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and clients concurrently.
Previous experience in client facing roles required.

Annual Pay Range:
