Overview
Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst position will serve as the primary financial business partner for various departments and business units, which includes preparing materials for financial review, variance analysis and forecasting. Candidate must possess exceptional Excel skills and be comfortable collaborating across multiple departments and business units. Analyst must be able to provide timely, accurate financial reporting and insights/recommendations to drive margin expansion and profitability growth. Position will be an active participant in special projects and ad-hoc analysis with frequent interaction with department leads and senior management. Role will coordinate extensively with Accounting, Sales and Operations on planning, budgeting and forecasting. Analyst must be flexible and able to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Essential Functions
- Prepares monthly financial results and operational review packages for management
- Monitors performance and provides actionable variance analysis to management
- Works with management to develop budgets and forecasts, including departmental, business unit and consolidated views
- Provides decision support and ad-hoc analysis to management
Additional Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in consolidated spend management and review process
- Participate in the overall loading and management of budgets and forecasts with the financial systems
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 4 year college degree in Finance / Accounting or related field
- 5+ years finance experience including budgeting, forecasting and reporting
- Superb Excel skills including developing forecast models
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
Desired/Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration
- Previous experience with NetSuite and Hyperion / Oracle EPM

Pay Range
$90,000 - $115,000
Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
