It’s a challenging goal, but we have a winning team that is looking to grow.As the Dell Ambassador, you will serve as a dedicated Dell On-Site Vendor Resource (OVR) responsible for owning and growing C Spire’s Dell Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) business. ISG represents Dell’s portfolio of enterprise infrastructure technologies—including PowerEdge servers, PowerStore storage, PowerProtect data protection, and networking platforms that power modern data centers, cloud environments, and AI workloads. In this role, you will drive pipeline development, lead strategic sales motions, and position Dell ISG as a core infrastructure solution for customers modernizing their IT environments.
Responsibilities:
What You Will Do
In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.
• Drive Dell ISG pipeline development through targeted campaigns, strategic customer meetings, technical workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Execute key infrastructure sales motions including technology refresh initiatives, competitive displacement strategies, AI infrastructure deployments, and data protection modernization.
• Lead joint account planning with Dell field teams to identify whitespace opportunities and assess competitive presence across key accounts.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for Dell ISG, advising teams on portfolio positioning, solution configurations, and competitive differentiation strategies.
• Deliver monthly sales enablement sessions and maintain ISG battlecards and competitive intelligence resources for internal sales teams.
• Collaborate with sales teams to bundle Dell services such as ProDeploy and ProSupport into proposals to reduce risk and ensure successful customer deployments.
• Maximize Dell marketing development funds (MDF), incentive programs, and partner initiatives including programs such as AI Most Wanted, PowerToCompete, and ISG AI Factory.
• Track pipeline activity, opportunity progression, and deal registration performance to ensure consistent growth in ISG revenue.
• Partner with marketing and sales leadership to align infrastructure campaigns with broader go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with Dell partner leadership, field teams, and internal stakeholders to drive joint success.
This position is an exceptional opportunity to lead infrastructure growth initiatives at the intersection of enterprise technology modernization and AI-driven workloads. In addition to that, we require:
• Five (5)+ years of experience in IT infrastructure sales with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Demonstrated success generating pipeline and winning competitive infrastructure deals.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies including servers, storage, networking, and data protection solutions.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
We will give special consideration to candidates who have:
• Experience working within the Dell Technologies ecosystem.
• Dell technical or sales certifications.
• Experience supporting AI infrastructure, data center modernization, or large-scale infrastructure refresh initiatives.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends. Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory as business needs require. Must be able to sit for long periods and use a computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing a computer screen.
