As the Director of Enterprise Lifecycle, you will build and scale C Spire’s Customer Success practice with a primary focus on Cisco and Microsoft resale, consulting, and lifecycle services. This role will lead the development of a structured customer success framework, spearhead AI consulting initiatives, and oversee large-scale professional services engagements that align directly with renewal growth, rebate maximization, and long-term customer value creation. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and revenue performance to ensure customers realize measurable business outcomes from their technology investments.

Responsibilities:

What You Will Do

In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.

• Design, build, and scale a comprehensive Customer Success framework tailored to Cisco and Microsoft resale and consulting engagements.
• Establish best practices for onboarding, adoption, health scoring, lifecycle management, and renewal planning to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop structured success playbooks that align post-sale engagement with renewal, upsell, and cross-sell objectives.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with Cisco and Microsoft to maximize rebate opportunities and align lifecycle strategy with partner incentive programs.
• Optimize alignment between customer success initiatives and vendor ecosystem strategies to increase rebate capture and performance tiers.
• Develop and lead AI consulting offerings that complement Cisco and Microsoft solutions, positioning C Spire as a trusted advisor in AI-driven transformation.
• Identify and integrate AI use cases into client environments to deliver measurable productivity, automation, and customer experience improvements.
• Lead and oversee complex, multi-phase professional services projects to ensure timely, on-scope, and high-quality delivery aligned with lifecycle objectives.
• Drive renewal revenue through proactive engagement, customer health monitoring, and strategic success planning.
• Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Cisco and Microsoft solution portfolios.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to align lifecycle strategy with growth and profitability targets.
• Track and report performance metrics including rebates, renewal rates, retention, expansion revenue, and project delivery outcomes.

In addition to that, we require:

• 10+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, professional services, or related enterprise technology leadership roles.
• Proven ability to build and scale customer success practices from the ground up.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco networking, collaboration, and security solutions.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud and productivity platforms.
• Familiarity with emerging AI technologies and enterprise AI integration strategies.
• Demonstrated success managing large, complex professional services projects.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, renewals, and vendor rebate optimization.
• Exceptional executive-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

We will give special consideration to candidates who have:

• Experience leading enterprise lifecycle or post-sale transformation initiatives in a VAR, MSP, or systems integrator environment.
• Experience designing vendor-aligned rebate optimization programs.
• Experience launching or scaling AI consulting practices tied to enterprise technology platforms.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

This role primarily involves desk and computer-based work requiring sustained focus in a professional environment. Travel may be required for executive meetings, vendor engagements, and customer lifecycle reviews. Availability to work outside normal business hours may be required based on strategic initiatives or project milestones.
