It’s a challenging goal, but we have a winning team that is looking to grow.As a Consumer Sales Advocate, Voice, you will work alongside a team in a focused environment managing inbound calls from current and potential customers to provide tailored technology solutions and deliver "Customer Inspired" experiences. Your role is essential in achieving monthly sales targets for handsets, gross sales, ARPS, protection, and NPS, while understanding each customer's unique needs and offering personalized recommendations that improve their daily connection to technology.
Responsibilities:

In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.
• Consistently deliver differentiated and personalized customer experiences by executing various customer management techniques and maintaining a maniacal focus on client satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales goals and organizational customer satisfaction standards.
• Identify diversified technology needs for current and potential customers and integrate technology offerings into consumers’ lives with amazing ease and effectiveness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

In addition to that, we require:
• Two years of business or related work experience in a sales environment where sales goals were met or exceeded.
• High school diploma or recognized equivalent.
• Excellent written and oral interpersonal communication skills.
• A reliable, high-speed internet connection is required.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office programs: Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
We will give special consideration to candidates who have:
• Evidence of individual metrics exceeded for sales and customer experience metrics.
• Experience in sales via the phone or another fast-paced environment.
• Four-year college degree.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing computer screen. Must be able to work some nights up until 8PM and some Saturdays.
