The Warranty Specialist is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping warranty and fulfillment orders originating from Web, Customer Service, Retail Stores, and Brightstar. This role ensures timely and accurate order fulfillment, resolves shipping discrepancies, supports fraud prevention efforts, and maintains a safe, secure, and organized work environment in compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:

What You Will Do

In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.

• Accurately pick, fill, and process warranty and fulfillment orders in accordance with company policies
• Package phones, accessories, and related materials securely and accurately for shipment
• Ensure proper shipping materials and supplies are available and on hand
• Coordinate physical shipment of warranty handsets and fulfillment orders through approved third-party carriers
• Resolve shipping discrepancies in a timely manner
• Partner with Revenue Assurance on orders that appear suspicious or fall outside standard service areas to mitigate potential fraud
• Cross-train on inventory management functions, including weekly and monthly inventory counts
• Cross-train in related functional areas including inventory, phone testing, and Quality Assurance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workstation and inventory area at all times
• Follow all safety, security, and compliance standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

This position provides a strong foundation in fulfillment, logistics, and inventory operations, with opportunities to expand skills across multiple functional areas. From Warranty Specialist, team members can grow into broader roles within supply chain, inventory management, and operational support at C Spire.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of administrative or operational work experience
• Basic PC and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately

We will give special consideration to candidates who have:
• Coursework toward a college degree
• Prior experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform bending, stooping, crawling, and repetitive hand and wrist motions. Requires finger dexterity and mobility of arms and hands. Must be able to use a computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing a computer screen. Schedule may include some evenings and Saturdays.
