As the Partner Marketing & Brand Activation Specialist, you will lead integrated brand activation and partner marketing initiatives that strengthen strategic technology partnerships and drive measurable business impact. This role serves as a key connector between global partners, field marketing, internal stakeholders, and vendor relationships to ensure alignment, execution excellence, and return on investment across co-marketing programs.

Responsibilities:

What You Will Do

In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.

• Develop and execute integrated brand activation and partner marketing strategies, including campaign planning, implementation, optimization, and performance tracking aligned to defined business goals.
• Collaborate with global partner leadership, marketing teams, and field partner marketing teams to identify priorities, focus initiatives, and define measurable success metrics.
• Manage vendor and partner marketing relationships, ensuring budget alignment and coordination with the Strategic Technologies Partner Manager.
• Oversee Marketing Development Funds (MDF), driving partner-led campaigns, co-marketing programs, and measurable pipeline impact.
• Create and lead strategic co-marketing campaigns aligned with partner priorities, including event execution, sales enablement initiatives, and achievement of partner marketing fund receivable targets.
• Evaluate sponsorship opportunities to ensure strategic alignment, ROI potential, and brand consistency.
• Oversee customer hospitality programs, including ticket allocation, guest engagement, and accurate tracking within Salesforce.
• Support media initiatives and collaborate with the PR department to ensure consistent brand representation and adherence to budget guidelines.
• Contribute to internal communications efforts to reinforce messaging alignment and increase visibility of key marketing initiatives.
• Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to optimize future partner marketing investments.

In addition to that, we require:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of marketing strategy experience.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, financial management, event marketing, and brand activation campaign development and execution.
• Strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail with the ability to operate as a self-starter in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities and maintaining high-quality output.

We will give special consideration to candidates who have:

• Experience managing Marketing Development Funds (MDF) or partner co-marketing programs.
• Experience working within technology, telecom, or performance-driven industries.
• Experience collaborating with global partner ecosystems and vendor marketing teams.

Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use a computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing a computer screen. Some travel may be required for partner events, sponsorship activations, or marketing initiatives.
