What You Will Do

In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.

• Meet and exceed sales, ARPS, protection add-ons and other goals for the Consumer line of business that includes all wireless and fiber offerings while meeting or exceeding our customer satisfaction and overall Net Promoter Scores.

• Respond to incoming chats in alignment with established policies and procedures, ensuring a seamless and customer-friendly experience while identifying opportunities to drive incremental sales and uncover potential sales leads.

• Guide and support customers through their digital purchasing journey with a “Digital First” approach, offering tailored recommendations to enhance their experience.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products, features, and services, while staying informed about competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

In addition to that, we require:

• Two years’ business or related work experience in customer service required, preferably in sales.

• Strong reading and writing comprehension skills, understanding different styles of written communication.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and chat with multiple customers simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.

• A reliable, high-speed internet connection is required in a distraction-free workspace.

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs: Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing computer screen. Must have experience with Microsoft Office programs: Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Must be able to work some nights up until 8PM and some Saturdays.
