As the Product Catalog Operations Manager, you will lead enterprise-wide catalog strategy, optimize product data, and enhance procurement efficiency across the Oracle ERP/SCM ecosystem. In this high-impact role, your strategic leadership and technical acumen will support digital transformation and operational excellence. You'll drive alignment across departments, govern data standards, and deliver insights that elevate our procurement experience company-wide.

Responsibilities:

What You Will Do

In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.

• Lead catalog strategy, rationalization, and system integration across Oracle Fusion and third-party platforms

• Govern product data standards, taxonomy, and compliance with industry and internal protocols

• Collaborate with Procurement, IT, and business units to ensure catalog accuracy, usability, and performance

• Drive catalog adoption campaigns and resolve catalog-related issues (e.g., pricing, availability)

• Oversee product content lifecycle and ensure alignment with digital and eCommerce goals

• Analyze catalog KPIs (accuracy, update cycle time, compliance) and deliver actionable insights

• Manage a matrixed team of product data experts and foster a culture of excellence

In addition to that, we require:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field

• 7+ years of experience in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP), PIM, or eCommerce merchandising

• Strong technical skills in SQL, data governance, system architecture, and analytics

• Proven leadership in cross-functional environments and complex system integrations

We will give special consideration to candidates who have:

• Master’s degree or certifications like APICS, Oracle SCM

• Experience with content strategy, SEO, and digital merchandising

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing computer screen. Occasional overnight travel may be required.
