Overview

Performing all Revenue Assurance collections and accounts receivable management functions on associated CSB accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communications with CSB enterprise customers with past due balances informing them of their balance, account standing, and future steps.
  • Monitoring accounts for delinquencies and applying the appropriate treatment actions.
  • Utilizing SMS, email, letters, direct calls, etc. to send reminders to customers regarding their delinquent balances.
  • Review account aging reports and send those reports to the appropriate CSB team members.
  • Work directly with CSB Provisioning, Billing, and Account Support teams on customer disputes.
  • Create a monthly collection’s treatment schedule for the CSB LOB.
  • Pull A/R aging reports delinquent accounts and proactively contact customer according to the collection’s treatment schedule.
  • Send notification to the CSB account management teams prior to an account’s suspension of services.

Qualifications

  • REQUIRED

    • High school diploma or recognized equivalent required.

    • Must have excellent written, oral communications skills, interpersonal skills, good reading, and basic math abilities.

    • Strong computer skills with a solid working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.

    • Must be able to work independently and make customer impacting decisions.

  • PREFERRED
    • Some college or business training preferred.

    • One-year equivalent work experience preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing computer screen.
