Overview

This position is responsible for ensuring a day-to-day best-in-class customer experience, efficiency, and profitability of all major business wireless customers with an emphasis on driving growth and being extremely aggressive to obtain new customers within our wireless footprint.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales, retention, and customer experience with assigned wireless business customers while also having an emphasis on new activations
  • Maximize business wireless customer retention through ongoing efforts to cultivate and reinforce relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Actively pursue growth with new and existing business wireless accounts
  • The role is hybrid customer retention and new business generation
  • Identify problem or opportunity areas and plan initiatives to successfully resolve issues as it relates to being the easiest company to do business within the wireless industry.
  • Meet/exceed assigned targets associated with business customer retention and growth
  • Major Account designation is left to the discretion of Director, Government and Business Wireless
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • REQUIRED
    • Proven sales experience required, including sales quota attainment, and appointment setting skills.
    • At least three years relevant business experience in sales.
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build and foster business relationships.
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs
    • Some travel is required with this position
  • PREFERRED
    • College degree and outside B2B sales experience preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

Extensive travel required. Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time and use a computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing a computer screen. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
