Team Leader Billing & Rejection

Must know standard practices of RCM in billing and rejection.. Should have
strong understanding of billing edits and claim rejections - in PM and clearing
house ambulatory must have knowledge on CMS 1500 forms. Provide second
level support to team members on their queries. Should be able to handle a
team size of 20 employees Responsible for teams’ attendance, leaves and attrition.
Team management includes work allocation, production management and
quality review. Giving daily, weekly and monthly feedback to each team member
on production and quality performance Preparing and sharing weekly and
monthly reports on team production, and team performance and sharing with
management.
