The Quality Team Leader will manage QA for AR and Billing Rejection processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency through collaboration, trend analysis, and process improvements. The individual will collaborate with QA analysts, operations, and client stakeholders to identify error trends, enhance performance. Work closely with immediate supervisor to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of AR, denial management, and billing rejections in RCM. Hands-on experience with auditing and QA tools, PMs and EHR systems. Strong skills in Excel, data analysis, and QA reporting. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities. Capable of handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Exposure to U.S. healthcare payer rules and billing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee QA processes for AR follow-up and billing rejections. Audit findings to ensure compliance with internal and client standards. Identify error trends and provide insights to reduce recurrence. Collaborate with operations Leads, training, and supervisors for process improvement. Generate and present quality reports and dashboards. Maintain and update audit tools, SOPs, and feedback mechanisms. Support onboarding and mentoring of new QA staff. Participate in quality calibrations and enhancement discussions. Lead root cause analysis and assist with preventive action planning. Implement structured report audits to validate QA accuracy and consistency. Use audit findings to identify trends, training needs, and process gaps. Align audits with client KPIs and internal compliance standards. Support data-driven improvements through regular reporting and analysis. Facilitate calibration and feedback based on audit outcomes.

Experience Required: 5+ years in RCM with at least 1–2 years in a QA / Sr QA role
