About the team:
The Product Operations team is a mix of remote and hybrid employees across North America. The Product Operations team plays a crucial role in supporting product management and Engineering to ensure that product development and delivery run smoothly and effectively. Their responsibilities sit at the intersection of product, engineering, customer success, marketing and business operations.
About the role:
The Organization Performance & Enablement Director will be dedicated to building and sustaining a high-performing, collaborative, and execution-focused culture across the Product and Engineering team. This is a unique role focused not on functional ownership of Engineering or Product delivery itself, but on unlocking the maximum potential of its people and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and drive the practices, rituals, and operating models that create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation across engineering, product, and UX.
  • Align approach and practices with enterprise culture frameworks, values language, recognition and engagement strategy.
  • Coaches Product & Engineering leaders on team dynamics, ownership, and execution mindset.
  • Align with enterprise leadership development philosophy, programs, and tools.
  • Partner with the CPTO and leadership team to continuously optimize operating model decision-making, collaboration, and processes to maximize impact.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven track record of building high-performing teams across diverse contexts
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to define and measure organizational performance.
  • Passion for creating environments where talent thrives and business impact accelerates.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience establishing systems that foster both creativity and disciplined execution at scale.
  • Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and influence skills with leaders and teams.
  • Proficient with Agile Methodologies at both team and program levels.
