This position bridges the communication between market needs and the development teams to design and guide development of TruBridge company applications. This requires the ability to evaluate market requirements and translate them into functional and design specifications. This role provides both business and technical expertise to support the analysis, design, and specification activities and deliverables for product development.

- Exceptional at all duties below the level of Product Development Analyst.
- Deeper understanding of industry needs and product design.
- Ability to elicit and organize requirements from multiple sources.
- Ability to distill or simplify requirements.
- May interact with clients and direct end-users.
- Effective at non-functional requirement definition.
- Proficient in creating user stories and personas.
- Ability to provide clarity to developers on requirements with limited help from others.
- Participates in feature acceptance testing.
