HR Executive - Recruiter
JOB DESCRIPTION
Role & responsibilities
- Bulk Recruitment: Spearhead the end-to-end recruitment process for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates.
- Sourcing Strategies: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract large volumes of qualified candidates, including but not limited to job boards, social media, employee referrals, and partnerships with educational institutions.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial assessments and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, cultural fit etc.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet both immediate and future hiring needs, proactively identifying potential candidates.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize the hiring process.
- Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey, and consistently promoting our company values and culture.
Preferred candidate profile
- Any Graduate
- Atleast 3 yrs. of Proven working experience in bulk recruiting, preferably in domestic hiring for US Healthcare Medical billing industry
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes
- Proficiency in using recruiting software and candidate databases.
- Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods
- Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
- Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
- Integrity and confidentiality.
