A Consulting Services Advisor is responsible for delivering revenue cycle expertise to our customer base including but not limited to: revenue cycle assessments, revenue cycle redesigns, interim management and custom training and consulting. To evaluate, plan, coordinate and lead various application related projects for TruBridge clients. As a Consulting Services Advisor, you will be responsible for working closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide them with customized solutions to address their business challenges. You will be the main point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with them. You will also work closely with our team of consultants to ensure the successful execution of projects and deliver high-quality results for our clients.

Essential Functions: In addition to working as prescribed in our Performance Factors specific responsibilities of this role include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' businesses to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with our team of consultants to create project plans and ensure successful execution
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery within budget
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any potential issues and proactively addressing them
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients
  • Continuously identify opportunities for business growth and propose ideas to senior management
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction at all times
  • Strong understanding of business processes and operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and project work as needed

Minimum Requirements:

Education/Experience/Certification Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution.
  • Must be able to act both independently and as a team member.
