- Understanding the strategic perspective on business and clients, to drive overall roadmap alignment and prioritize strategic initiatives that enable growth and employee performance.
- Analyzes processes and implements innovative solutions to streamline operations and enhance client satisfaction.
- Use data analytics to identify areas for improvement and track progress to ensure client satisfaction.
- Work closely with Product managers/owners to ensure that the squads work with is aligned to organizational goals
- Act as a liaison between the team and upper management by driving collaboration across Product Owners and provide day-to-day guidance on objectives, priorities, and tasks to remove barriers.
- Collaborate with other Area Leads and key stakeholders within the company for overall roadmap alignment.
- Focused on client needs and building relationships to increase Net Promoter Score
- Market awareness with the ability to connect and influence business decision that help us achieve our business objectives.
- People Management:
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
- Identify strengths and areas for improvement, providing constructive feedback

Education/Experience/Certification Requirements
- Strong understanding of healthcare technology and operational workflows.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
- Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution.
- Must be able to act both independently and as a team member.
