The Client Executive maximizes company bookings through planning and management of all sales activities within their assigned territory. They maintain effective communications with internal departments to ensure transition to Operations is seamless.
Essential Functions: In addition to working as prescribed in our Performance Factors specific responsibilities of this role include:
- Manages territory sales responsibilities, including all “Out-of-Family” Trubridge transactions.
- Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly and annual bookings.
- Develops a strategic plan to ensure revenue growth in all company's products and services that fall under the scope of the position.
- Manage accounts for long-term success and establish good rapport with clients.
- Completes targeted calling campaigns.
- Coordinates appropriate company resources to ensure efficient and consistent sales when requested.
- Participates in weekly team calls.
- Evaluates effectiveness of current sales programs and initiatives.
- Maintains expertise on company's products/services and phone skills to effectively manage sales activities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education/Experience/Certification Requirements
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
- Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution.
- Must be able to act both independently and as a team member.
- Good web/internet presentation skills and working knowledge to use web meeting tools is required.
- Experience with cold calling techniques is required.
- Up to 75% travel is involved.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or at least five years sales related work experience is required.
- Healthcare industry experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Salesforce, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, Dynamics, etc...) is required.
