Global Change Integration Consultant

TruBridge is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Integration Analyst.

The Global Integrations Consultant acts as the primary liaison and plays a key role in facilitating seamless integration processes and managing HL7 and other electronic data interfaces to clients’ systems on a global scale. In this role, you will work with a variety of levels of leadership from our partner facilities and third-party vendors to manage the interface development. You will have the opportunity to develop the global workforce for TruBridge’s Interface Services, to learn new technology, to make connections with our customers and vendors, and to impact the advancement and success of our interoperability projects.

General Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key point of contact from Interface Services in the planning, leading and accepting ownership for all aspects of the interface implementation performed by the global integration team – from inception to closure.
  • Serve as point of analysis and escalation, management resource, liaison between departments for interface configured by the global integration team.
  • Effectively coordinate issue resolution when needed.
  • Responsible for accurate forecasting and reconciliation of project closure to billing.
  • Work directly with customers and vendor partners to test, implement and support HL7 and other electronic interfaces using TruBridge’s proprietary Interface Management System.
  • Create documentation and diagrams, as necessary, to facilitate effective education, implementation and post-implementation support of interfaces.
  • Collaborate with Developers and Engineers on interface-related tasks to continually improve integration methods and/or custom functionality to meet customer needs.
  • Occasional (10% or less) travel required.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • 4-year degree or minimum of three years’ experience implementing/supporting HL7 interfaces
  • Knowledge of TruBridge clinical applications and healthcare IT - preferred
  • Knowledge of HL7 including field usage and definitions – preferred
  • Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving, collaborative environment
  • Willing to work hybrid schedule as dictated by global team needs
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
