Responsible for assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting. Become a subject matter expert to prepare forecasts and budget. Review and analyze financial statements and present information to leadership team. Work closely with accounting and finance teams to share best practices and identify areas for simplification. May complete special projects with various departments and create other ad-hoc reporting as necessary. Assist in providing documentation to audit team.

- Strong analytical and data gathering skills

- Advanced fluency with Excel formulas and functions

- Streamline and automate processes

- Experience with creating budgets and forecasts

- Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Minimum Requirements:

Education/Experience/Certification Requirements

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution.
  • Must be able to act both independently and as a team member.
  • Knowledge and experience in Accounting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 4 to 7 years of relevant experience
