This position involves working with the sales, implementation teams, customers and/or third party vendors on the preparation for delivery of purchased applications, services or interfaces. This position focuses on the initial internal and external resourcing so the implementation leads from TruBridge are ready to engage in delivery. This role provides both business and technical expertise to support the analysis, implementation and maintenance of application and interface deliverables for TruBridge Client Services.

Essential Functions: In addition to working as prescribed in our Performance Factors, specific responsibilities of this role may include:

  • Proficient using the TruBridge internal tracking system (Big Brother).
  • General knowledge of the TruBridge software applications.
  • Maintain an increased number of teams, individuals or projects for which scheduling of resources is required.
  • Manage resource forecasts (calendar) and project assignments of staff augmentation and third party vendor partners.
  • Apply generalized knowledge of all TruBridge products to resource planning.
  • Maintain resource templates as directed for new products, the TruBridge Vendor Product Table (VPT), implementation calendar(s), release updates and process changes.
  • Assign implementation projects – coordinating schedules with appropriate entities: staff, facility and/or vendor.
  • Schedule resources in scheduling system using templates per established resource management guidelines.
  • Prepare and maintain work orders of staff augmentation and/or third party vendor partners.
  • Coordinate the maintenance of Implementation checklists for specific responsibilities.
  • Monitor the documentation process of standards, objectives, set up and best practices.
  • Address questions from staff and/or facilities regarding schedule and associated needs.
  • Act as liaison to resource managers and staff augmentation or third party vendor partners by coordinating communication with delivery management on project schedules.
  • Update TruBridge tracking system (Big Brother Situation) and transfer situations to the appropriate team/individual.
  • Maintain TruBridge tracking system (Big Brother) situations with pertinent details regarding issues encountered in the TruBridge software system by the implementation staff.
  • Collaborate with the software or interface implementation teams to insert valuable suggestions that translate into efficient solutions.
  • Maintain contact, vendor and product lists.
  • Prepare logs of all service/implementation initiations.
  • Maintain a database (on TruBridge network) to ensure maximization of all resources; monitoring for efficiencies and to assist with streamlining implementation processes for customers.
  • Coordinate with department/project managers, director, and/or PMO to maintain record of all resources, analyze backlogs and ensure delivery of projects within required timeframe.
  • Coordinate various installation-related tasks amongst multiple departments; communicate relevant information to the Implementation Analysts, Implementation Architects and/or Implementation Professionals.
  • Collaborate with department/project managers, director and/or PMO to forecast resource requirements for implementations and special projects.
  • Compile and analyze past and current consultant data to help resource managers with weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and/or scorecard preparation.
  • Produce and/or distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Maintain contract files between and TruBridge staff augmentation or third party vendor partners to support project governance compliance.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Competent at handling filing, report generation and meeting setup.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication.
  • Effectively communicate concerns regarding scheduled project and/or conflict.
  • Analyze, and report to leadership team, the project statuses and variances - weekly and monthly.
  • Assist with the education of the Implementation Professionals regarding specific software and regulatory requirements.
  • Approve staff augmentation partner travel; approve expense invoicing (HL only).
  • Complete a minimum of one implementation (interface install) per quarter.
  • Complete various projects as assigned.
  • Maintain technical and software skills set through install and install resourcing - evaluated quarterly.
  • Provides annual educational instruction/guidance in a classroom setting (i.e. 1 CEU presentation per year).
  • Participate in the on-call rotation as per department guidelines.
  • Serve as a mentor to Implementation Analysts and Implementation Professionals.
  • Promote a positive team / work environment.

Minimum Requirements

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Must possess excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate via phone.
  • Must have strong organizational, time-management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Must be able to act both independently and as a team member.

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent, preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience with TruBridge software.
  • General understanding of project management procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel.
