Summary

The Senior Designer + Art Director works in close partnership with brand leaders to establish and continuously evolve a world-class visual identity and system for the C1 brand. This position will require the development of a core look and feel for both the evergreen brand and seasonal campaigns and events. As a designer, this role will independently manage design projects across a wide variety of mediums, producing creative assets for events, executive keynotes, customer stories, digital marketing, social media, channel, product launches, and more.

Essential functions

• Helps lead the brand team in establishing and evolving the company’s visual identity across tone of voice, typography, imagery, iconography, textures and patterns, and more
• Assists Brand and Revenue Marketing teams in developing assets for marketing campaigns, ads, landing pages, product launches, web, social, video, events and event collateral, customer stories and slides, partner collateral, HR collateral, and more
• Completes creative deliverables on time with a high degree of excellence—not only aesthetically but also in continuous service of driving revenue marketing
• Builds slides for executive keynotes, sales decks, and other key business presentations
• Assists the brand team in managing outside resources (vendors and contractors) to ensure alignment with C1 brand guidelines, visual and verbal identity, voice and tone
• Assists the brand team in facilitating and fine-tuning project management, delivery, and organization of final creative assets
• Assists the brand team with stock photography search and branded templates

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Art Direction, and Marketing
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Asana
• Exceptional ability in typography, layout, and other essential design principles
• Ability to weave storytelling and business purpose through creative design
• High attention to detail and a champion for design excellence
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

$85,000 - $120,000

Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
