The MDU Support Advocate is responsible for serving as the primary customer support and advocacy resource for residents within multi-dwelling unit (MDU) communities, including apartments, condominiums, and housing complexes. This role acts as a critical liaison between residents, property management, field technicians, and internal support teams to ensure reliable service delivery, timely issue resolution, and a consistently positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

What You Will Do

In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for MDU residents regarding fiber and home services support
• Provide direct assistance to tenants by troubleshooting service issues and educating residents on basic resolution steps
• Handle escalations with urgency and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution of complaints
• Coordinate and schedule installations, repairs, and maintenance visits with field technicians
• Monitor service performance within assigned MDUs and proactively address recurring or systemic issues
• Collaborate with technical support, network operations, and field teams to resolve complex service problems
• Advocate for resident needs while maintaining strong relationships with property management partners
• Track, document, and follow up on support cases to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
• Support provisioning, dispatch coordination, and service order management as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

This position is an exceptional introduction to customer experience and fiber operations within multi-dwelling environments, offering exposure to field coordination, service delivery, and stakeholder management. From this role, you will have a strong foundation to grow into advanced customer experience, operations, or leadership roles across C Spire.

In addition to that, we require:
• 2+ years of experience in field services coordination, telecom operations, or a related scheduling or support role
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

We will give special consideration to candidates who have:
• College degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with dispatch systems, Jira, Avaya, and provisioning tools
• Prior experience supporting MDU, fiber, or residential service operations

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use a computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing a monitor. Must be able to work in a high-pressure, dynamic environment. Some extended hours or weekend support may be required for escalations or priority service orders.
