Essential Functions: In addition to working as prescribed in our Performance Factors specific responsibilities of this role include:
- Oversee the creation of class curriculum, instructional documentation, and manuals for all TruBridge departments.
- Develop education opportunities for customers and staff.
- Oversee the Auditing & Training teams in the management of all TruBridge employees Quality.
- Oversee that all educational materials are up to date.
- Serves as a resource for external auditors, clients, and TruBridge staff.
- Oversees the Quality and Assurance programs of each individual department within TruBridge services. Coding, Billing, Receipting, and EOS.
- Effectively acts as a liaison between the Compliance office of CPSI and the employees of TruBridge.
- Accepts projects assigned by Head.
- Responds accurately, promptly, and professionally to all inquiries or complaints from employees, and clients.
- Effects communication flow to staff and members of all management teams of all divisions.
- Runs team meetings confidently and effectively.

Minimum Requirements:
Education/Experience/Certification Requirements
- 5 plus years in Revenue Cycle Management.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
- Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution.
- Must be able to act both independently, and as a team member.
- Assist with software issues within the department.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
- Maintain tight deadlines.
- Has a high standard for written English, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong attention to detail with the ability to proofread.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates degree or higher or the years of experience in a related field.
