Client Implementation Specialist - F & A Unit, TP-EHR Revenue Cycle Squad

This job assists in all aspects of the Implementation including, but not limited to, planning, training reporting, documentation, communication, providing status updates, and issue resolution. Additional responsibilities encompass team communication, continuous development, and education on updates in the software including, but not limited to promoting interoperability, as well as other tasks requiring leadership skills, collaborative communication between departments, and proactive conflict resolution.

Essential Functions:

In addition to working as prescribed in our Performance Factors, specific responsibilities of this role include:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with emphasis on meeting deadlines.
  • Assist in all aspects of the Implementation including but not limited to: planning, reporting, communication, and issue resolution with minimal guidance.
  • Complete situations/support cases/assigned projects or implementations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external audiences.
  • Ability to display a friendly, calm, and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Familiarity with multiple applications.
  • Be accessible as a resource to clients and team members.
  • Handle special projects as assigned by management.
  • Active and attentive listening skills – be agile.
  • Ability to receive and apply feedback, particularly related to quality.
  • Keeps abreast of new software updates and maintains accurate implementation documentation.
  • Can be relied upon to achieve optimal outcomes and sustain a high achievement level.
  • Ability to answer client questions and respond to information requests.
  • Deploys and utilizes TruBridge Best Practice Implementation Methodology.
  • Submits status and project time reports weekly or as requested by management.

Minimum Requirements:

Education/Experience/Certification Requirements

  • Experience in a healthcare business office or patient access setting.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution.
  • Must be able to act both independently and as a team member.
  • Travel 50% - 80% varies by implementation volume.

All Professional Salaried Non-Exempt Positions:

This position may work a fluctuating work week due to extensive travel for the company.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Successful experience Implementing or Supporting TruBridge EHR applications.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows OS, networking topologies, and PC/Server hardware.
